June this year is the 22nd "Safety Production Month" nationwide. In order to enhance the fire safety awareness of all employees, improve their ability to respond to sudden fire incidents and escape and self rescue, and master the use of fire equipment, the company organized employees to carry out a fire emergency evacuation drill and fire equipment practical exercise for the first half of 2023.

This exercise set up 8 working groups including alarm, fire extinguishing, evacuation, search and rescue, medical care, emergency repair, logistics, and observation, simulating scenarios such as sudden fires in the workshop, sounding alarms, reporting fires, activating emergency plans, commanding the safe evacuation of employees, racing against time for search and rescue and rescuing the injured, and accident summary reports. The organization of each link is orderly, the plan is meticulous, the responsibilities of each group are clear, and the cooperation is close, achieving the expected effect of the exercise.

The safety trainer will explain the key inspection areas of fire extinguishers, demonstrate the operation and use of fire extinguishers, the connection and storage of fire hoses, and dispatch employees from various departments for practical fire extinguishing drills.

The chairman specially assisted Huang Weijie in summarizing and commenting on this exercise. The company regularly organizes fire safety training for all employees, aiming to strengthen their awareness of fire safety, exercise their emergency response and self rescue abilities. The organization department of the exercise should closely deploy each link in advance and summarize and reflect on the shortcomings afterwards. The participating departments in the exercise should take it seriously, treat the exercise as a real battle, proficiently master the correct use of fire-fighting equipment, and effectively improve the emergency response capabilities of all staff; Managers should strengthen the supervision and management of daily safety work, and employees should attach importance to self-protection, reduce safety risks, and minimize work-related accidents; To achieve "zero" accidents in production, we should start from small things around us, start from the details of production, always implement the principle of "prevention first, combination of prevention and elimination", prevent from "burning" before it occurs, adhere to the bottom line and red line of safety production, and firmly build a "fire wall" for employee life safety and company property safety.
