The digital economy has actually become a globally recognized new economy, new business model, and new driving force. As the global digital wave approaches, whether we can seize the opportunity of the digital revolution and accelerate the transformation towards economic activities with network information technology industry as an important content on the basis of the information revolution is the key to the economic development of various countries and the historical mission that all participating enterprises bear.
